How does it work?

Well, the process is pretty simple.

1. Ryde request is submitted.

The client submits a ryde request through the Ryde app. The request includes Pick-Up and Drop-Off locations.

2. Driver accepts request.

The driver receives the ryde request, and accepts it. The ryder is notified a driver accepted his request.

3. Driver picks up Ryder.

The driver drives to location, picks up the Ryder, and starts the Ryde.

4. Driver drops off Ryder at destination.

Driver drops off the Ryder at the desired drop-off location, and the journey is completed.

Ryders will pay you in cash, or will pay through the app. In cases where payment is done through the app, Ryde will pay out to your bank account on a weekly basis. 

Ryde charges the lowest commission rate on the island. Starting from 11%, down to 10%. No hidden costs.

Drivers are the heart and soul of Ryde’s business. We make sure our drivers are well equipped for a great Ryde experience. High performing Ryde Drivers are rewarded.

Ryde will offer you a 3-month moratorium when purchasing a vehicle from GasanZammit Motors to place on the Ryde fleet.

Ryde will offer you a monthly-financing option on your Insurance cover, when purchasing a vehicle from GasanZammit.

We understand that your earnings are tied down to your car’s well-being. That’s why we offer a GUARANTEED vehicle replacement if your car is being repaired and/or serviced at GasanZammit. We also offer you Priority Service for your vehicle at GasanZammit Service Centre.
